Do NOT DO BUSINESS @ STACY CODY's PHARMACY

Yes, from what I have been reading it is 100% right, they are for the rich & high dollar ins. Some prescriptions they will not fill because they do not make a profit & buy them in high quantity. Yep, CVS or Wal-greens will treat you right & usually have all your meds & what you need. I hope he goes out of business, myself! He is a snot nose little brat that thinks he is God! So do yourself a favor & NEVER fool with that place! They Suck! You will be treated so much better with real professionals at any other place besides Wal-Mart! This is in Sulphur Springs Tx, on Broadway

Stacy Cody Pharmacy/ Sulphur Springs.Tx/ on Broadway

Unless you want to get caught up with a crook, never do business there, they are for the rich. They look down on medicare & only want the best insurance, they are rude. They will lie & say they cannot fill it because hey can not make enough profit is the deal & yes their bottles are ugly & will pinch your fingers. My mom got a blood blister as I was reading on here. Auto refill is crazy, he does not keep up with anything. Do yourself a favor and trade at another pharmacy, I promiSe you, they are crooks & RUDE!

Maybe you are rude to them. They have been nothing but great to me.

I suggest that if you don't like the pharmacy go to another one because I'm sure the people that work at Cody Pharmacy are tired of listening to you whine.

I'm poor I don't have the best insurance and they have always always been professional and nice they have many times gone out of their way to help me out. Maybe it's just YOU.

CODYS PHARMACY/Claimed I was not authorized to pick up prescription

I am a relative of the people making complaints. They had a problem with me picking up a prescription & claimed, they thought I had stole it! What an ordeal, I am not putting exactly what all happen because this is a small town & these rich *** think they can do people anyway. NEVER trade & do business there! We have all had trouble there! Go any where else, there are plenty of places besides these crooks! We tell everyone we see how snotty & rude! Do not waste your money, its only a matter of time before they do this to you!

Mike I think you must have read my comment wrong. What if that person is to ill to pick up their meds.I have a medical power of attorey .would that work not everyone has 5oo dollars to go to a lawyer like i did.i just thought ahead watching my mother die like that.the pain meds did not kill her the cancer did and by the way she was from the hills of kentucky so i really take offencense at the term hillbilly.she was the most kindest sweetest person in the world.would go without to help a stranger.

I didn't "read the comment wrong" It doesn't matter if someone is too ill or if they don't have someone with power of attorney. This is all irrelevant.

The pharmacy must abide by the law and that is that. How is it that you can't grasp that simple logic? I don't make the laws. I'm just writing the truth.

It's the entitled attitude that blinds people from seeing reality. I need it/want it so I should have it. Well, all of the Phillipines wants clean water but they aren't getting it. Sometimes we just don't get what we want.

My grand-mother was from the hills of West Virginia and she PROUDLY called herself a hillbilly. But if it makes you feel any better I'll change it to Hill William for you. If you still don't get that a pharmacy cannot arbitrarily dispense meds against the law just because someone has special circumstances - we all have those. It is beyond reasonable to expect a pharmacist to do something that could ruin their careers or send them to jail.

Hey, as far as I am concerned they should sell them to any *** who wants get f'ed up or any ill person that needs them. But, until I am head of the FDA it won't happen.

Mike Brady how can you say that You do not know their medical problem.Be fair what if this person is dying of cancer I WATCHED many people die of this mike brady it really hurts.what if she has shingles or how about lou garretts or ms ALL of thease are extremley painfull conditions would you rather her kill herself to escape the pain i can tell you if this does not change that will happen. what if it was your mom my mom died of cancer and let me tell you it was not pretty.why anyone would deny a dying person some pain relief is beyond me.wait until it is you then you might have a different look on this.

You made my point for me. Thank you.

Pain meds can kill. The pharmacy can not legally or ethically dispense meds if there is any reason to believe that the prescription is not genuine or is not presented by the correct person. You probably have no idea how much prescription fraud exists. A pharmacy could lose its license and a pharmacist could be charged criminally.

They may have saved someone's life by denying the meds. I actually take several important meds and at times have been without medication because of some issue or another but I don't blame the pharmacy.

And in my case, it would be not just painful but life threatening.

Let me guess. Pain meds. Hillbilly Heroin?

STACY CODY PHARMACY

I am the sister, they were talking about, yes the bottles make blood blisters on us elderly people. They do not want medicare or Medicaid or anything but the big shots in town. They treat you like you are from another country & we are Americans. You would se the different attitude if one of their, so called rich folks walk in, its all hi how are you. For us they just want us gone, well we are! Take your business anywhere but this place on broadway in Sulphur Springs Tx. Called "CODYS" Pharmacy, Mr big shot himself! He has no time for saying hello, or thank you unless you are of the rich in town. Run him out of business. Shame on you Stacy Cody the way you have done the elderly & some people! GET HIM OUT OF HERE!

Yes, he thinks he is Mr Big shot, with all the rest of the idiots Big shots in this town let me inform you, "he is going out of business." He has too much competition, Wal-Mart, and there are 2 CVS. a Wal-greens, Brookshires.

They are super nice & friendly @ CVS & Wal-Greens & they have the meds & do not turn you down or your ins. Matter of time, He will NEVER hold on & make it, just watch. I had some probs myself,as I told on another page. If people will exercise their 1st amendment right & hold up a sign, not on their property but somewhere close & tell it the way it is, it WILL WORK.

This is a brown nose town! always has been & always will be!

Cody Pharmacy/Sulphur Springs/TX

I am the wife of Jimbo2013 7 I want my complaint, also. Not only for myself but for my sister who was screwed around by them. Even the bottles have wholes around the top & pinches blood blisters on our fingers when we open them. They are ugly green, also. If you are on auto refill, you better keep up with it because they really do not. When its refillable you rely on them @ first until you find out, they do not keep up with it it. This is by far the worst Pharmacy in town & only prefer the rich & look down their nose at the other people. Stacy Cody is the owner & does not care about the medicare or other low income, just the rich. So, do your business somewhere else, CVS & Wal- Greens are great, some even like Brookshires. But, do not let this man treat this people this way & get by with it. He looks for anything in detail to turn you into the cops we have heard. Just by trying to fill a prescription a couple of days early to keep from having to drive back into town, we live out Lake fork & its a long way for them to do us this way. We are finished with them & are asking you to do the same, since they will not take care of the elderly & medicare etc. Dump them before you get to medicare or before they cause you problems. Its a hassle every time. So please if you trade with them, its only a matter of time before you will find out how they do people & then it will be you on here! They are located on Broadway going south before Wal-Mart! Or coming into town on the left on Broadway passed wal-mart! NEVER PUT YOUR TRUST IN THEM< YOU WILL BE SORRY!
