Verified Reviewer |Waterfall issues 2 years
I would like to get in contact with whoever is above Scott at Cody Pools out of San Antonio. We have had issues with the rock work after the waterfall leak issue that has been going on for 2 years.
Scott's employee (supervisor JR) was supposed to oversee the 5th time the masons were at our home. He did not. Scott refuses to meet with us and fix the issue with the rock work on the waterfall, even though he admitted that they did not do what we discussed 2.5 weeks ago. I wanted to set up another meeting and get this fixed.
He refuses. We have spent literally 2 years and 5-8 times of people coming to our home to address the leak and waterfall issue. I want to know who is above Scott. We've gotten nowhere with JR, and now Scott is not helping us with customer service to make the waterfall the way we discussed.
We paid $88,000 for this pool. The waterfall leak is finally fixed and they won't put the rock back where we discussed.
- Design people are terrific
- Supervisor does not supervise subs
- Supervisor is not customer service oriented
- Your company is only as good as the subs and these subs stink
Preferred solution: Apology, fixed rock work, paid water bill from overfill, repaint area affected, pool clean from debris.
User's recommendation: Do not use Cody Pools in San Antonio area
Regrettably poor customer service
If you do opt to go with Cody Pools, I cannot stress enough the importance to avoid Kevin Freeman as your project superintendent. His construction aesthetics, project management, and, most importantly, his costumer service care lacking to the degree that I am surprised he is still employed.
I do not think that my pool building experience is a direct reflection of Cody Pools as a company, but I, within a doubt, place my discord with Kevin. Having him supervise my build makes me wish Id spent more to go with another company.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution
User's recommendation: Avoid Kevin Freeman
