There's not a phone number to call to speak with an acual human being. There is an email and that's it.

And I've emailed probably a 100 times in the last 20 days and have not had my issue at all addressed if anything thwyve made it worse and acually canceled our subscription the 1 time ide finally got my payment method to work and go through...the very next day someone canceled that subscription and refunded me which I did not want I explained in great detail to the point in all my emails that I couldn't get any payment to go through. Which was the same card they refunded me acually and the same card ide been always using to pay for the subscription. But some reason it kept stating were sorry were not accepting this form of payment at this time please try a different form. So I did that and tried over 10 different cards, Visa Mastercard credit card credit union savings checking cash card ssi benifts card google pay PayPal ALLL THE POSSIBLE FORMS OF PAYMENT WERE ALL NOT ACCEPTED.

No one from codespark has even stated to me anything about the problem I'm having and are all dumb automated replies that haven't helped me one bit. My kid had 24 hours of oir subscription and created a cool story he was so proud of and came to me next day to show it to me and that's when I saw the your subscription has expired on our account...I immediately tried getting it back regardless of already paying I was willing to just pay again and get my kid back onto his story and I of course came to the same issue ide been having before again.

No one has helped me at all. So furious with codespark how could they do this to a kid.

Preferred solution: I want our subscription back and I want a year subscription gifted to us. Ive spent hours and hours everyday for the last 20 days missing work

User's recommendation: This is an awesome kids coding platform and has loads of really amazing content that encourage kids imagination. If you can buy the year subscription...it's totally worth it. But that's only if your able to gwt your payment to work. And if not your screwed and there's no one to help you no matter what your issuemaybe. But from the 2 years ide had it this now is the only issue I've ever had. Amd it's ruined my love for codespark.
