No customer service, shady billing practices, poor quality compared to other platforms
They just charged me a renewal of an yearly subscription without any notice, I have been trying to contact them for 2 weeks for a full refund of $180, but no luck. The AI keeps on redirecting my messages to no one and there is not a phone number to contact.
I guess I am out of $180. Use Udemy, quality is superior in every aspect.
