Also, I need to update the delivery address.
In October, I called several times to explain that the address I initially provided is my old one. I was residing with my landlord, and she is not permitting me to receive packages at her place. If you deliver it there, I won't be able to retrieve it. No one seems to care, and no one got back to me.
