Resolved: Urgent about an order
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered.
Hello,
I made an order on October 21, but it has not been delivered yet. I tried calling multiple times at +44 800 8** **52, but no one answered.
Also, I need to update the delivery address.
In October, I called several times to explain that the address I initially provided is my old one. I was residing with my landlord, and she is not permitting me to receive packages at her place. If you deliver it there, I won't be able to retrieve it. No one seems to care, and no one got back to me.
What should I do? How can I reach you to resolve this issue?
