My roommate ordered pies for Thanksgiving and paid by credit card over the phone. I showed up to get the pies and was told there was no order and that they dont take cards over the phone, which is a lie because my roommate has a record of being charged.
I payed with cash, so ended being double charged. She called the location and was told someone would call her, which never happened.
A few months ago I made a call and was told someone from corporate would contact me, another lie. Im tired of the lies and no help in this matter, maybe time to flood social media and let people know to stay away from Cocos

- - Couldn't speak to a live person after calling Customer Service; told to contact Website, and they charged for my daughter's hair-in French Toast after promising to remove it.
I tried calling the Customer Service number, but it tells you to contact the WebSite.
Beyond belief how horrible theory Customer Service is and they refuse to let you talk with a live person.

So very disappointed we are that my 7 year old daughter found a hair in her uneaten French Toast and they still charged us for her meal, after they sa9d they would take it off

My wife ordered two pies yesterday from Upland the peach pies on top they were not ripe hard and crunchy underneath they were black and rotten my wife asked for a bag of ice when she purchased them to keep them cool for a 20 minute drive the manager reluctantly did so when I got to pies last night I was very upset with the conditions called manager this morning And he tried to blame the conditions of the pies on my wife and was trying to deny me a refund when I persisted he asked me to bring the pies in which I will happily do I have photographs also, and he said that its up to corporate office to give me a refund and the decision will be made in 3 to 5 days I think that's unacceptable behavior from the manager giving my wife a hard time about getting ice to keep her pies cool. It was very unprofessional of him to blame the condition of those pies on my wive's 20-minute drive
