Bad quality

I received my order from you after many weeks of waiting. When I did get my order, neither of the two shirts that I received were satisfactory.
I am a size 2 XL and neither of the shirts fit me, they were too small.
One of the shirts was not even the color that I had hoped for nor was the material it was made of appropriate for a man. I ended up giving both shirts away and want you to know that I will not be using this website to order from you any longer very disappointed!

We started having random charges on our credit card after this purchase. Also, the sweater was 100% polyester and poorly made.

Preferred solution: Put them in jail. Almost lost over $3000 if our credit card hadn't stopped them from fraud.
Scam Company

BUYER BEWARE!! I cancelled an order 1 hour after placing it.
I was told through email that I would be refunded in 3 days. 5 days later still no refund. I filed a case with PayPal. Now they are contacting me to cancel my case so they can refund me.
They are basically telling me they are going to hold my money hostage.
Thats not how it works. This company is a total scam.

Cocoparo has no refund policy for the jacket I bought, offering a 20% refund which I have not received.
bought a jacket/sports coat - it was ill-fitting and poorly made. The representative would only offer 20% return and I can keep the jacket(as I stated the garment was unwearable), or I could exchange it for same price of another product but would be charged an additional $10.00.
I order a lot of products on-line, and through Temu. I am probably not going to order anything from Cocoparo in the future.

I do not feel that this Company has and adequate customer service that is able reach out to and English speaking audience directly. My opinion comes from no personalization or concern with regards to my email about "not finding my account and not having the item # readily availably". Again, this is just my opinion as a consumer.
