- Customer service is poor and calls go unanswered.
- Emails go unanswered and online reviews are negative after paying a lot.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I fired up many emails from my side and expressed my dissatisfaction.
I wanted to escalate this complaint to their directors so that they can improve their methods.Finally they opted for a full refund as I refused their vouchers. Will not buy again beware of them

I ordered your product that was advertised in ENGLISH and your company sent the product in FRENCH

I ordered some shampoo that was advertised on their website all in English. The pictures of the product bottle and the packaging all in English, including ingredients and ructions.
They sent me the product all in French. I cant read anything on the bottles. I ordered several and theyre refusing to pay the shipping to send it back to them and theyre refusing to acknowledge it was their fault. They think because the word shampoo is the same in French and English on the bottle then, theyre saying that I ordered what I asked for and even after I sent them the pictures of their website showing the product in English.
Theyre still refusing to pay for the return shipment so now restart the legal team. Lets see what happens. The customer service asked for pictures of what they sent me.
I sent very detailed pictures of everything and theyre still saying you can return it but were not gonna pay for shipping. Customer service is horrible.
