On Christmas Eve, my husband and I went over to Coconut point Honda in Estero Florida to purchase a 2025 Honda pilot. We met with ourselves agent who took our licenses and made copies proceeded to show us a 2025 Honda pilot that we assumed was ours only to find out 45 minutes later that he showed us the wrong car.
then we had to wait while they detailed our car which they didnt even bother to put the third row mats on theyjust left them in the trunk. OK so going forward we meet with the finance guy again hour and a half later, he proceeds to have us sign electronically papers gave us a packet and off we went once we got home.we realized that he never gave us the information that we needed about our finance or about the extended warranty that we purchased being that it was Christmas and the holidays around that. we ended up going the following week to pick up the rest of our paperwork. We placed our registration in the car like we always do never really looking at it only to find out when my husband went to renew his license they put the wrong city on most of our paperwork, the most important being our registration after several calls to both the sales person and the finance person who we spoke to via a 3 way call he assured me that when he got to work the next day at noon time he would take care of it and get back to me.
He never called.
He never took care of it I spoke to another finance ce person yesterday only to be told that too much time had passed, and now it was my responsibility to get down to the registry and to change the information that they incorrectly, put on everything to make it be our city Fort Myers Florida. I sent the general manager of Coconut point Honda an email the response which was automated said that he would get back to me that hasnt happened either very unhappy with all of the dealings that I have had with Honda of Coconut Point obviously Im hoping that those that read this will reconsider buying a car from them.
