Customer service without a smile
Several people and I were visiting the Cocomero place in Wilmette, IL. The frozen yogurt there was okay, nothing to write home about.
The people who work there are a different story. One of the "managers" there had a bad attitude when we got there, she didn't seem to have the best personality, had an attitude and was causing a scene with a customer.
From what I heard she was lieing about him saying something derogatory to her.
Be as it is, you don't ever make accusations and cause a scene, especially if you work there. Not a good way to attract customers and win people over at your place of "business" if you ask me.
