My Cocoa and Eve drops were damaged..

They leaked all over the box, the box was saturated. There was nothing left in the dropper tube. The box was so damaged I threw it out.

I ordered the Bronzer 1st . Then I ordered the application mitt and the back application wrap a few days later .

That order o have not been refunded . I received the 2 ordered seperately but I returned them in same box . And I have sent proof to Denise of both orders . I recorded my refund for the bronzer .

But I have not received the refund for the mitt & bsck applicator . Please respond asap thank you Joyce Bailey

User's recommendation: If you will look closely . These 2 products. were ordered from your site . They were returned together w em tho they were ordered on different days . Ado the $43.65 . Was paid for through my Apple Amazon pay account but itwas not ordered from Amazon it was paid through Apple Amazon pay but the money went to your company not Amazon .the lady Denise that has been emailing me sent out the $40.44 . But I’m struggling to get my $43.65 back from Cocoa & Eve. If o had ordered it from Amazon I wouldn’t have had plenty of time to return it to them which I would but this product is not an order on my Amazon account . So therefore I cannot return it to them. It came from Cocoa &Eve and o expect to recieve my $43.65 back from your company ! Thank you please please. Clear this issue up. If you need proof that this item is now on my Amazon Prime order log I will be happy to give you proof of that. This is really getting to be stressful . $43.65 is almost half of $100 and I’m sick of being called a liar . Thx Joyce Bailey please help !!

Hello I reached out twice and you guys still charged my card. I would like a full refund.

Ordered the products FedEx was out for delivery, products never arrived. Reached out to the company took 5 days for a response have at least 10 email from different zen desk employees and no one can issue the products or a refund.

Then I get email today sayin my ticket will be closed because I did not respond. Clearly this company has no backbone.
