NOTHING HAS HAPPENED THAT IS THE PROBLEM! UNRESPONSIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NO PHONE NUMBER!

LACK OF FOLLOW THROUGH IS ON THEIR PART IS RUDE AND INCONSIDERATE.

Can you please send an email directly to me at ivonne@***.com so that I can look into the issue? There are many things we can do to help a customer on a personal level, however there are some requests that we are not able to complete due to system capability limitations.

5 requests and never a live response, only generic email responses with NO follow up. I now know why they are afraid to include an phone number with customer service.
