Cochran Kia Of Robinson Car Repair Review from Mckees Rocks, Pennsylvania

I own a KIA Sportage 2012 and at the beginning of the year my stereo/radio screen went blank. I took the car to Robinson KIA where purchased it and the service manager charged me over $100 (I have paper work) to trouble shoot -warranty has run out. He explained that if it was a wiring issue, they would fix at no cost ( don't forget I have paid trouble shooting fee). After almost two hours waiting, he came back and told me I needed to buy a new system at cost of +$500 (before labor). He explained i had no alternative and so I said to go ahead and order. Two or so weeks later,+ I turn on the engine and the entire stereo system comes on! This is the same system I was told was completely dead and had no choice but replace. Either this manager was taking advantagecof me or did not trouble shoot at all - now that the system is out again, how can i get KIA to fix itv- i cant afford the cost.
