Cochran kia ripped me off of over $600 to fix a car they never fixed

This is obviously a bait and switch. They told me that the evaporation canister would be replaced, and it was not, causing the vehicle to not be fixed properly.

Their own work orders show they were to replace the evaporation canister and they did not. The vehicle was there from July 24, 2024, to August 21, 2024. It shouldn't have taken 4 weeks to fix an evaporation leak anyway.

I should be compensated for my insurance; my Uber; my pay for the day off I had to take, plus the $630.17 I had to pay Cochran for a vehicle that was not fixed properly. I own a KIA Sportage 2012 and at the beginning of the year my stereo/radio screen went blank. I took the car to Robinson KIA where purchased it and the service manager charged me over $100 (I have paper work) to trouble shoot -warranty has run out.

He explained that if it was a wiring issue, they would fix at no cost ( don't forget I have paid trouble shooting fee).After almost two hours waiting, he came back and told me I needed to buy a new system at cost of +$500 (before labor). He explained i had no alternative and so I said to go ahead and order. Two or so weeks later,+ I turn on the engine and the entire stereo system comes on!

This is the same system I was told was completely dead and had no choice but replace. Either this manager was taking advantagecof me or did not trouble shoot at all - now that the system is out again, how can i get KIA to fix itv- i cant afford the cost.
