- Refuses 2 months' advance for a room and 24% interest, and the next agent couldn't understand.
So tired of trying to speak to somebody who doesn't speak English! And I refuse to pay 2 months in advance for my room and pay 24% interest while you MAKE money on MY money.
Then i got frustrated and hung up to call another number and i got ANOTHER person i couldn't understand who actually got an attitude with me when i complained about the service. I guess I will just take my money elsewhere.just say

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund.
I called and asked what the price for a room was. Never made a reservation.
Was charged for three days. Was refunded two days, but they will not refund me the other day. I don't know how they got my credit card information. Have contacted the Better Business Bureau and my credit card company.
I will never pay this. Talked to the manager, he was a true ***
