- - Francis III double monk strap shoes, high instep did not fit, returned next day with tracking, refund promised within 48-72 hours but not issued.
After reading reviews of Cobbler Union in various style blogs I decided to give them a try. I ordered a pair of double monk strap shoes (Francis III).
Unfortunately due to my high instep they did not fit. Customer service was great up until I returned the shoes and needed a refund. I sent the shoes back the very next day w/ tracking number. Receipt confirmed by seller.
Was promised a refund within 48-72 hours. Beyond that now, customer service no longer answers the phone or return messages or emails. Filed dispute through credit card company. Very frustrating to FORCE someone to have integrity.
Buyer Beware. I do not recommend this company.
