Treated cat less than one day and caused death

AI Highlights
  • - Cat sedated for X-ray/ultrasound; multiple meds/IV; bill about $2000; cat died on the way home; clinic open 24/7, perceived greedy staff.

Sedated cat for X-ray then again for ultrasound, gave three Lasix injections, two other drugs, an IV, drew blood, and god knows what else, too much for an older cat with breathing and heart problems. Only concerned with money, not the pets or their owners.

Dr still is the most greedy, heartless ignorant vet out there. “Your cat is sick do you want to treat It or put it down?” Seriously??? Treat, ok I’ll get an estimate. $2000 dollars later and one day of *** the cat passed away on the way home.

Brittany and Stephanie think they’re cute when you call to ask a questio, putting you on hold until you get frustrated and hang up, not cute at all.

They tried to keep the pet for two weeks at $1000 per day after the emergency part was over. People only go there because they are open 24/7, if you can wait, you should.People obsessed with money should work on Wall st and stay away from helpless innocent animals.

Cons:
  • Expensive
  • Only care about money

User's recommendation: Use your local humane caring vet if you can

AI Highlights
  • - They killed my bulldog by sedating him for an earache and sending him home unconscious without my knowledge.
  • - Staff were unprofessional.

THEY KILLED MY BULLDOG - my 5 year old baby went in for an earache, and they sedated him and sent him home unconscious - WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE the staff told me they were too busy to treat him and was going to send him home which was fine - the doctor decides to treat his symptoms - then they decide he had difficulty breathing - hes a bulldog - he was tired from walking and was hurting his breathing would have been a little off - but totally normal for a bulldog - so when u have difficulty breathing you don't sedate - because it makes breathing harder that's rule no 2 -- rule number one is YOU DON'T SEDATE BULLDOGS PERIOD - I am beyond devastated and so angry - An earache, and they killed my baby - the whole staff was very unprofessional and had zero compassion or people skills for an emergency clinic - an ER VET should be educated on ALL breeds bc in an emergency we don't have a choice where to take our babies to- please dont let them harm another baby - if i had just waited and tried something else for my babies pain -he would be here today -
