Poor service
Booked a 1.7t digger a week prior to needing it, received phone fall on the day we were meant to pickup telling us it was no longer available due to it being double booked. Booking was taken by manager. Took Coates a week to figure out that they had apparently double booked the digger. Not happy - extremely poor service
