Checked the place out not long ago and the owner was a real dragon lady. If this is how she is during the interview when she's trying to sell me, I'd hate to be a long term customer. The lockers looked old and unmaintained and there was a strange smell. The walls and floors both upstairs and downstairs were FILTHY. They have an old fashioned arrangement where an old flimsy gate is manually opened and closed for business hours. Save yourself a potential lawsuit and rent your storage unit elsewhere.
