I've had my Coast spa for about a year now - purchased from Hot Tub liquidators in Las Vegas. In the year that I've had the spa I've had: * 3 broken air valves * 1 replaced pump * 1 replaced motherboard (took 4 months and is still incorrect) * Topside is now having issues - the lcd touchscreen doesn't work correctly For a $20K spa, I'd expect 100% reliability. The last spa I had was purchased from Costco for $5k and had no issues for years. Now...

We bought a Coast Spa Cascade II 61in the summer of 2012. We have had nothing but problems. Up until the guarantee expired the company we purchased it from were good at coming out to sort various problems, mainly issues with the control panel, speakers and pump. Once that had expired we have found it virtually impossible to get a hot tub engineer to come out & deal with anything. We have already had to replace the pump - the speakers have now...

I am a certified recreational water care expert. I have a science degree and 25 years of industry experience as a hot tub dealer. When I read many of these complaints, I recognize the problem was caused by poor water maintenance, NOT a defective hot tub. I and my staff have worked with many clients who "hated" their tub until they learned THEIR water care caused their tub component failure AND their agony. We work with those people until...

I have been a Coast dealer for 16 years. It makes me sad to read these complaints. Practically all of these complaints are issues which could, and should, have been quickly resolved by the dealer. Either the dealer was not informed in these cases, or the dealer has no right to be a dealer. Some of the complaints are actually the clients error; but again, the dealer could have educated the client, had they asked. However, even if purchased...

I am disappointed with my Omega hot tub by Coast. Technical documentation, which comes in the form of a CD, is outdated. The control panel and codes on my machine have nothing in common with the technical manual. That makes it really difficult to figure out how to operate the thing. Next is temperature control. I live In the Pacific Northwest where the climate is fairly moderate and downright cool at night. I initially set my tub to 104...

Coast Spas are absolute junk. They say they take pride in what they build which is a joke their tubs are junk. I balance my water every few days and still had my pillows fail after 6 months. They had to replace the motor after 1 year I asked the repair tech why and he said that they were having problems with the model of motor. The remote from the radio never worked and I was charge $80 for a replacement. The dials to adjust the jets are...

Anonymous Coast spas has repaired my leaky waterfall and refund my payment for the waterfall.

Coast has changed the remote; it is incompatible with the old remote base unit. Did Coast think to have a stock of the old remotes for their customers who can't read the screen any longer? Of course not --- but they graciously will sell you a conversion package for only $1100 plus labor. In order to keep the old remote charged, you must keep it in the base unit; the heat from the spa fries the screen, so you can't see to change temperature, turn...

We purchased our spa in Oct 2015. Absolutely no complaints with it until March 2016. During a water change we found cracking along the outer edge of the spa. Our dealer, whom is wonderful, decided to take it upon themselves to replace the spa on their own as they felt we would not be happy with its appearance afterwards. Apparently Coast had told them to repair the cracking and, according to our dealer, Coast had little concern about how it may...

As i prepared to open a spa store i started my investigation for product for my store looked and talked to several vendors and service techs and what i found was 80% of there service calls are coast spas and they fail to tell you that the endless edge line tops are 600 to 800 to replace and only last 1 to 2 years and they splash water out of the tub unless u order a kit to help it there is no foot well in there lower line just a very over...
