I placed a huge order on CYBER MONDAY, November 30, 2020- I STILL have NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER. I called CUSTOMER CARE three different times this week, after being on for over an HOUR each time, I've hung up.

I've decided to CANCEL my order today, but I am STILL on hold; been on hold for over an hour now.

I want to know where is my handbag ..

I paid for 3 and ONLY HAVE GOTTEN 2

WTF POOR WAY OF RUNNING A ONLINE BUSSINESS

I received a scam text from coachshoponline.com but if you know the real Coach website, you will know that this is not the correct web address for Coach. Text advertised a $39 early black friday sale.

Apple ID number was noted at the bottom of text. My iphone allowed me to mark it as junk text message which deleted the message for me.

You are safer to just Google what store you are shopping for rather than to reply to or to click on the link with in the text message you receive. Folks are getting very creative these days trying to scam folks.

Total scam! Website looks exact to,the rea COACH website.

They charged me more amd now the website is no longer. How do,i get my money back?

i was shocked when i got my winter white bag out of the closet and the sides were a pale pink. this bag was never in the sun nor used on a daily basis.

it was stored on the shelf of a dark closet in an air-conditioned house. what would cause this to happen? how can it be fixed? this purse is about two years old.

it was new when purchased on-line. this never should happen with such a quality product. i am ashamed to go any place with this bag with your logo on it. i was wondering if coach stands behind its products.

i will now find out. please help.

Please guys, avoid this website! Its a scam! The website look awesome, i fell into their trap and their prices are good. I usually search on reviews before i purchase anything, but except this deal, it was a huge mistake. Once i placed the order, i received an email confirmation from them and content as below:

Due to the foreign exchange rate, the amount displayed on your statement might be a little bit different from the real price.

Please note "SZ LICHUANG SCI-TECH CO.,LTD" will be displayed on your credit card statement instead of the website from which you purchased the mentioned product.It's just used for sending bill statement by the seller's payment processor as a tool.

For this reason, i suspected they are scam from CHINA, i called my bank right away to have them stop this transaction. My bank assured me i will have my money back, that really make me relieve myself and stay alert from this lesson.

I ordered a coach purse and 88$ was taken of my card i want my money

Same thing happened to me. Purchased boots online and paid in full.

Revenue contacted me that the goods were counterfeit and they would be destroyed. Emailed cs@***y but alas no reply!

Totally scammed!! Like you I research everything but this one slipped through the net.

I had a similar experience. They charged me more than the displayed amount on the website. Exchange rate does no fluctutate that much...

Then I don't get my order for one month!!! They send me the tracking number and the product was actually delivered to someone else.

They send me a new tracking number and after one month I get my order, but there is something else in the packet.. something that I had not ordered!! and it was fake LV purse!!!

THESE GUYS SHIP FAKE ILLEGAL ITEMS! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

The customer service was the most horrible I have ever experienced. They did not even appologize...
