Waiting for a refund

We booked a holiday at World Lounge Travel, (coop travel) 14th April 2022, with was with the travel provider Easyjet, on 16th June 2022 our holiday was cancelled by Easyjet, World Travel Lounge told us we would get a refund within 4 weeks, it is now 20th September 2022, and still we havent received our refund, we keep getting told that we have missed the statement for that month and they keep promising us that we will get the money the month after its now been nearly 14 weeks since our holiday was cancelled and each time i ring the shop feel that the staff are getting fed up with me ringing, this is due to the fact that no one is letting me know what is happening, 2 weeks ago i was told that this has been escalated to the area manager because it was taking so long for us to get our money back, our booking ref number was 305**** we was supposed to go on 23rd July 2022, can you let me know what the delay is regarding my refund and when i am hoping to get my money back
