I was in the cricklewood store at around 17:45pm on Saturday 05/02/22 and I selected two products, one said it was on offer 4 items for £7, the other ticket price said £6.50. When I went to the till the prices were wrong.

I asked the shopfloor attendant about this and he checked and the offer ticket was on the shelf but he said it had finished, he apologised. I asked about the price for the other item and he said someone had put it in the wrong place. I said thats not my fault is it, he said no we will discount the item, he then accompinied me to the till and then walked off. I stood there and when he saw me waiting he came over and sai do you want those items, I said yes but what are you going to do about the fact the prices are wrong.

He said I can't do anything, so I said you can take back two of the 4 for £7 items. He took them and walked off and never came back. I needed them removed from my bill, I waitied but he didnt return and I had to go to another till.

For the sake of a few quid when they had got it wrong on two occasions I feel I was not treated as a valued customer. Very dissapionted as I use that shop frequently.
