Worthless credit union, the associate should be fired

Made me lose a lot of money and deletes reviews off Google. I most recently went in to do a wire transfer and the individual at the branch office screwed it up and did an ach transfer.

I needed this wire transfer done right away it is now 2 days later and they don't know where the money is. I contacted my brokerage they have nothing coming in. I reached out to CCU they would not do a reversal. I sent multiple emails no response no apologies.

Then I them I want my $5 refund for their screw up for the ACH transaction. They write me back and tell me no that I signed a liability release even though it was their screw up. Absolutely horrible customer service. It could be another 3 to 5 days if I'm lucky to maybe find my money.

I will be taking my business elsewhere like Altra federal credit union who has a good reputation working with their customers. Being a banker for 30 years and working with the largest banks out there like Bank of America Nations Bank Great Western, Norwest, Wells Fargo as a VP I have seen it all. This credit Union has a long way to go, definitely not recommended till they get their *** together.

This stupid employee should be fired because he cost me a lifetime opportunity based on his complete stupid and the credit union didn't care either. This needs to be spread everywhere based on their actions.
