Employment?
I have been talking to someone that claims to be from CNO Financial Group and he says he the hiring manager. We have been talking through email and Skype and Microsoft teams.
This guy wanted my bank login info and I'm not sure if it's legit or if he is scamming me. Can you please confirm wether I am actually an employee or not.

Because it is the worst business I've ever seen ran is caused a lot of people hardship
As far as the problem being resolved yes we obtain the title it costs an extra $5,000 for an additional law firm to find it it should not be that hard for a consumer to deal directly with the company I'm still out the $5,000 as far as resolving this I would say there is no possible resolution company just subordinate uncommunicatable and does not desire to help their clients pause ex-clients I would not recommend ditech which was Green tree which was American family mortgage which was can take oh which was half a dozen other very unresponsible bankrupt companies
There has been nothing done about anything as of such no phone numbers any good no addresses any good no emails any good nothing any good about any of this
You can never get a hold of anyone you're always transferred to somewhere that isn't right there is no good phone number or email address seems to be here calls are never returned from anywhere you tried to get a hold of they know they have this problem and have really tried no way whatsoever to resolve it in my opinion they do not care they got your money and now you're screwed

Conseco Financial has lien on my house
Nobody knows or can give the right information about where the lien on a loan seems to have went apparently a simple explanation isnt good enough and they want you to write. More soooo. Lets seee if this is enough.

I purchased a home from a person who has a lien on the home. She didnt tell me she had a lien and now I cant get the titles.
I need to know if you are still doing loans?
If theres a slight chance you can give me an answer. I wrote a letter to Conseco stating the the same situation.

I am trying to sell my mobile home and can't because I have no title. Never received a title.
Need a lien release asap!!! I've called, sent paperwork express to be signed ¬arized.
The loan has been paid off over 10 years.. where is my title ?!??!

Had motor vehicle loan. Paid it off.
Need lien release (satisfaction) for processing, clear title DMV (NYS). Selling vehicle need clear title. DMV has confirmed tile lien still on record.
UPDATE:
Bank contact follow up never accomplished due to lack of proper contact info. (no valid US mail address, no internet site, no e-mail, no brick-en mortar address)
NYS DMV Albany, Northport were NO HELP.
(no contact available for this dispute, admittance denied)
NY Secretary of State: refused to help. Told me to file summons and complaint.
NYS Banking Commission: refused to help.
FDIC: refused to help.

Title to our mobile home
I just found out today that our title to our mobile home is held by Conseco Finance Servicing Corporation. I paid off our home in 2018 after I had retired.
I have been trying to contact you by phone, but I keep getting the runaround or recordings that do NOT match your company.
I want to be contacted TODAY about our title, and we need to get our title AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. PLEASE CONTACT ME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE ABOUT THIS -- WE NEED OUR TITLE TO OUR MOBILE HOME!

was no longer a part of our organization effective September 15, 2003. By an order approved by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court of the Eastern Division of the Northern District of Illinois, all assets of Conseco Finance Corp. were sold in March 2003 to CFN Investment Holding.
Any interest of Conseco Finance Corp. with regard to the property, the subject of this Complaint, were transferred to CFN Investment Holding. CFN then created GreenTree Servicing, LLC (“GreenTree”) to own and administer the assets transferred. In addition, none of our companies have any involvement with mobile home properties, nor do they have any assets.
