Verified ReviewerAbuse and neglect of the elderly
- - I notified the company of abuse/neglect at Emeritus Sr. Living, Arlington.
- - CNL did not report to authorities; exec director and aides lost licenses.
In 2014, 2015, 2016 I contacted the company to advise them that their renter Emeritus was abusing and neglecting incapacitated adults at the Wilson Bl. location in Arlington VA.
I provided the company with VA codes (18.2-369,22VAC40-740, and 63.2-1606) regarding the abuse, and neglect of incapacitated adults in VA. CNL never reported these crimes to the proper authorities; which is required by law. House Bill 952 outlines the procedures that should be followed in reporting these crimes. http://leg1.state.va.is/cgi-bin/legp504.exe?041+sum+HB952.
Under the renter Emeritus Sr.
Living. The Exec Director, and several medication aides either lost their licenses, and/or had permanent reprimands added to their DHP files.
- Way the negelcted and abused adults
INVESTMENT RIP OFF JUST LIKE MADEOFF
- - Invested $100,000 in 2003 with 225 others; promised 6% yearly and a refund on sale.
- - Final check Dec 2017 was $8,500; earlier $6,000 yearly stopped.
my husband and i invested $100,000.00 our life savings with this company who came highly recommended. we were promised 6% annually for that money and a refund when it sold with profits.
we got $6000 for about 5 yrs then it stopped. sometimes a little check here and there, but no more of the $6000 a year.
we bought this in 2003 along with 225 others who invested 100,000. they stated that they had 225,000,000. to invest total. and guess what, they lost it all. that is right. sent me a final check in dec 2017 of $8500. saying that is it. thanks a lot suckers.
although, the compay made $225000. per year off the 225 investors who paid them $1000 a year for 15 yrs. that is almost 3 million and they never did a thing. they just collected our funds and totally screwed us out of all our money. they need to go to jail. the need to be right beside madeoff . he got what he deserved. these people should too.
they are liars cheats and frauds. they need to be punished. has no one else complained. i do not know or i would sue with others. but not a lone.
they need to be shut down before others get the shaft.
help me put these people out of business.
