Never picked up job waste

DSo my neighbor referred this tree person to me so I could get the association off my back for my trees. We just rented the house and first month we get a trim your trees love letter from realtor.
So I asked around in my neighborhood to get a quote. I needed it done quickly and he did come fast but then he left a giant approx 6-10 yards of tree waste on the curb. Said hed come back for it never returned my calls first week he texted saying oh sure Ill be back. Finally had to get out there and bag it all up for the garbage people.
I know it sounds petty but to charge a premium and not finish the job is just wrong. I would not recommend him ever. His name is Cody Besimer.
I guess that is the CNB in the quality tree service. Find another contractor too expensive and left my yard a mess
