You require a member to have a primary physician. I am on an advantage plan so I have reached out several times.
I call then primary doctors given and replies are not taking new patients at this time. I have several health issues as well as mental health Bipolar and cant find a med provider.
I call for help and cant get a hold of cms. Guaranteed these immigrants coming in will have better care than this American.

I am sorry to inform that a full cancellation is not available with your booking.
Per the agreed terms: A prepaid booking can be cancelled before the start of the rental.
In the event of a cancellation, any refund of the payment made towards the rental is subject to a cancellation fee. For reservations with a rental period lasting no more than three days, the total prepaid amount is non-refundable. For reservations with a rental period lasting more than three days: The first three days are non-refundable, the remaining days will be refunded.
In the event that the booked vehicle is not collected or not collected at the agreed time, the rental charge already paid shall be withheld in full.
We are trying to be as flexible as possible during this difficult time and we would appreciate your assistance with that.
If you are unable to rebook the reservation, please allow us to cancel the booking with the pertaining fee of 329.29 USD USD and the prepaid difference will be issued to the credit card on file.
The fee applied will be issued as a voucher - this voucher can be used for a future rental. The voucher will take up to five business days for you to receive via e-mail.
We look forward to your response on how to proceed.

This is formal notice to the SIXT company sent April 1st, 2020
On March 29th, 2002 I sent an email requesting a refund - after calling and not being put through to the department that handles the refund.
The person I spoke said I would my money refunded if I sent the email.
I received the email below and I responded unacceptable.
I called 1 88* 749 **** on April 1st explaining this was unacceptable and that I was told I would get my money refunded.
I spoke with Kevin I ask Kevin to put me through to a supervisor. He represented himself as a supervisor.
I ask for his employee number and he said his employee number was 2634.
I ask for an executive. Kevin then said he was the executive.
I ask to speak with the CEO and Kevin said he could not give out the last name of the CEO or any other executive because of security.
Kevin gave me a number (i.e. 888 942 ****) and said an administrator would connect me to the CEO.
There was no administrator.
I am now at two (2) days and I DEMAND a my money back and/or a contact that can get my money back.
There is world wide pandemic and I need my money back

Although Prepaid Reservations are non-refundable, in exceptional situations like this, we dont want to burden our customers with cancellation penalties or rebooking fees. With that being said, today as a gesture of goodwill we are happy to offer one of the following options:
1) Reschedule your existing pre-paid reservation for a future date and the re-booking fee will be waived.
2) Cancel your prepaid reservation and you will receive a voucher (valid for one year) in the amount of your cancellation fee of 329.29 USD. The difference between the total amount and the cancellation fee will be refunded.
We kindly ask that you confirm which of the available options you would like to proceed with.

7:00AM on Saturday received call from CMS in Ohio refusing to state who they were. Number was 614469****
Horrible business!
I bought a part from them worth a little over $1000 for my car. He said he didn't have it at the shopped but can get it shipped to me within 3 business days..
3rd business day, I came to pick it up.. and nothing. He said just wait maybe tomorrow. Tomorrow came around nothing.
He kept telling me a few more days until it became a month then 2 months. I needed this part since my car was not on jacks.. aka not able to be driven. I stopped by this shop every few days to find out when my part was gonna get there.
I always got the run around. I would call, they would not pick up. They say they will call.. and never call.
Well, I got fed up.. I showed up and recorded everything. I got proof of everything from receipt and when I showed up most of the time (towards the end of everything) no one was ever there. The shop was closed.
I e-mailed Leo letting him know I have proof that he owes from phone calls, to video recording, and receipts. I was so fed up because I wanted my refund after 1.5 month later and still no part. I was supposed to get my refund but he kept giving me the run around. I had to wait a little over 2 weeks to get my refund.
I had to threaten to sue him and even had a friend from a lawyers office give him a call. I eventually got it back and will never go to this shop or recommend anyone to them.

Went in for a rhd conversion on my 240sx,paid 1600 for wiring and the conversion,it took about 3-4 months for me to get it back,i got it back there was damage to my interior,wires hanging everywhere,tape along with wire clips all over the ground,was missing my hood hinges,02 sensor,coil packs,glove box bracket,my dash was damaged,my speed o doesnt work,my aem air fuel gauge sensor was broken,car leaks water inside,wipers dont work,cig lighter dont work,took it to them about 5 tmes and each time they said they fixed it and nothing was fixed,very shady *** people.

Received survey that CMS had information that might indicate I was receiving prescription benefits from either Black Lung, Workers Comp or tort suit . I was to X yes or no.
to the above.(NO) Called Customer service, learned it was sent to everyone If I didn't complete and return my policy would be voided. Service is excellent ..But memo is insulting and implies that all recipient are suspected of bilking the system.All for getting them off the roles and want a good health care system..Your billing and collections manager needs instructions on customer relations communications...Bill Williams
Cmsmedicare contractor will not pay me my money i payed to mayo
cms sent me a letter last year stating tha i did not have to pay mayo clinic for the surgery I had because the doctors and mayo screwed up. At that time I had payed mayo 800.00 dollars.
Cms in their letter to me stated not to continue to pay them and they would give my money back All I had to do was provide three items of proof which I did March 2008. Today they send me a letter stating it is not clear what I want.
I am a disable vietnam veteran on a fix income.

CMS is a horrible company to do business with, they will straight out lie to you about everything if your dumb enough to do business with them do not pay anything up front! they told me 10 days to do the work 3 months later i had to get my truck picked up and taken to another shop where they redid about half the work casue it was so ***.
I order some parts and they never call me back they are scam
I have heard many problems about that place, the owner seems to avoid customers when he owes them money, a refund, or is late on delivering parts that are supposed to only take three business days, which sometimes turn into weeks. There is almost always a story as to why either parts orders aren't being processed or work isn't being done. People seriously need to be warned about this place.
