Package stolen
I never received my order. This was not their fault, as far as I can tell they sent it.
It just got stolen. I bought it from them through Amazon. Amazon told me I had to contact them to refund me first. When I did the only response I received was to go through Amazon.
While I didn't really expect them to refund me or replace the item I kind of at least expected them to help me by sending all of the information they had on the shipment. And, hey, a simple "sorry you got robbed," would have been nice. But yeah, technically they did nothing at all wrong.
They just weren't particularly helpful or sympathetic to my problem. I personally won't buy there again, which is a shame since they get some stuff I collect before others do, but I am not necessarily telling anyone else to skip them.
