Why haven't I received my card, applied in May.

Have to tell you, your web site is a pain. And your 800 number is also a pain. Tried to return a call and all I'm getting is my payment info. enjoy your store but since I applied for your card I've been having the runaround. HELPPPPPP Do I owe you 60 dollars????Can't come up with 100 words, short and sweet complaint and just need for you to answer the question.Where is the card I applied for and how do I make a payment.
