CLX Gaming has denied any responsibility for this lost video card. They have stated they will NOT reimburse me at all.

Defective motherboard, defective LED controller, defective memory, defective video card. Computer case advertised as holding FIVE hard drives when it only has room for TWO.

Video card returned for exchange was lost by FedEx. Company refuses to take responsibility for it. Claims that FedEx denied the claim and therefore CLX Gaming will not reimburse for the lost video card. I had to purchase my own replacement video card.

Numerous ongoing problems and I've been cut off from contacting them for any further help. BBB Complaint and NC AG contacted about these issues.

Where's my computer
