Worst ever

This company must hire the dumbest employees ever-probably related to the owners. Repeatedly urinate on my neighbors shed-and he is their customer.

I would keep a close eye on them-who know what they might be doing on your property. Don't know borders so they don't even cut the grass they are supposed to-but they probably charge their customers full price. They are the worst company ever in existence - starts right at the top with the clueless owners and trickles all the way down to the lowest employee(s).

I am surprised they haven't mowed each other down with the way they carelessly operate these mowers-but I am sure and waiting for the day they do. Hope it gets posted to you tube!

Don't honor contracts

Updated by user Aug 01, 2016

No update-this company will never change-never do the right thing. It starts at the top and spreads throughout the staff-like nasty fertilizer.

Original review Jul 02, 2016

If you want to throw away your money-hire this comapany.

If you have already made the mistake of hiring this company

***Check your contract-see if they are doing "all" the work you

are paying them for!*** Chances are they are only cutting/trimming

part of your lawn. Look for damage done to your property. If you

have experienced any of these negative habits or others- of theirs I encourage

you to write a review warning others not to hire them. You will only

be wasting your money and your lawn will be the worst looking one

on the street. Buyer Beware!

Sprayed wet grass on my siding weekly all summer

Sprayed weekly wet grass on my siding and refused to clean it off. The week after I painted the siding the mower run by the CLUTCH company sprayed wet grass on the siding staining it.

$ 350 dollars damage. They refused to listen to my claim that the mower was spraying wet grass on the siding. I even yelled at the white trash on the lawn mower who was continually doing it.

These people should not be allowed to damage someone else's proeprty and get away with it. These people add to the stress of life and don't give a ***.

White trash? You had my sympathy until that remark.

What does someone's color have to do with this?

Maybe your life would be better if you didn't make racist comments. Just saying.

Continued Ignorance

After it cost this company $800 for the damage they did to my fence earlier this summer-they continue to hang all over it, bump it with their mowers and then laugh when I complain. They must be the stupidest things alive.

They have NO respect for people or property, are lazy and slow in more ways than one. It comes from the top-the owners set the example and do NOTHING to correct the behavior of all those involved in this business. The customers that use them must be just as *** as they have damaged their property as well-yet they continue to use them.

This company does not deserve to be in business as they give all lawncare companies a black eye in association. I will petition city leaders and anyone else possible to ban this company from working in this city next year-I suggest others do the same.

Property damage by Clutch Landscaping

My neighbors use a grass cutting service called Clutch Landscaping. Landscaping-they can't even cut grass never mind landscape.

Earlier this summer they shot wet grass all over the side of my house-even as high as my windows. I called them, gave them a chance to make it right-they didn't. Now they have run into my cyclone fence so hard it is pulled away from the rest of the fence and completely knocked a whole coil loose. These fools go so fast they can't control their mowers.

They only cut about half the grass anyway because of their speed but they are a danger to everything and everybody. Warn everyone you know not to use them-they are a menace.

We at Clutch, Inc. pride ourselves on offering exceptional service to all of our customers and have done so over the last 14 years.

Although the person posting the complaint is not a customer, they were treated with the utmost respect and professionalism. After hearing of the complaint made against our company, both owners reached out to and made arrangements to meet with the homeowner within 48 hours. We assessed the situation at the property and made an offer to repair any damage to the fence as well as a complimentary power wash of the home. The offer was met with some resistance as the homeowner was seeking financial restitution for their perceived stress and reimbursement for monthly prescriptions in the amount of $3000, which far exceeded the cost of “damage” to the property.

Feeling that the situation was an unfair compromise and bordered on extortion, the owners consulted local authorities and made them aware of the situation.

Clutch Landscaping & Snowplowing, Inc. is a proud member of the Ohio Landscape Association, Angie’s List, and carry an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau.

Clutch Landscaping

I am not a customer and never will be of Clutch Landscaping in Cleveland, OH. They do cut my neighbors lawn and shoot wet grass all over the side of my house.

I gave them a chance to make it right and clean it off. They said they would but never did. I have heard from other neighbors as well that say they have done damage to their properties as well-even to lazy to park on the right side of the street-dangerous for emergency vehicles.

Risking lives of own customers and others. They really suck and should not be in business.
