I visited Club Wyndham Bonnet Creek in October 2021 with my 2 young sons. We chose this resort because of the amenities it offered and multiple pools with slides so that we would not buy park tickets during our visit. I called in advance to verify there would be no renovations during our stay. I was told that all pools are functioning. When we arrived the kids pirate ship pool was completely under renovation. This was the main reason we chose this resort. We bought park tickets to Disneys Blizzard Beach so that we could enjoy slides and pool fun as a family. We also had to pay for transportation to/from there. This was not part of our plan.I have contacted the Wyndham who blames booking.com.. and back and forth. This is wrong and I would love to visit this year again with a refund of our 4 nights. I have not heard back.
