I would like to cancel my membership because i will not be using it for the next few months and dont want to pay for something i will not be using. Thank you for your time.

Horrible, they have you sign up for membership and continue to charge you for something you don't use and your membership term is up. I'm not happy at all, I should not have to pay to have you stop charging my card when my membership was only 6 months and it's been up now for 3 months.

WELL...WHERE DOES ANYONE START? WHEN YOU WALK IN THE ONLY TIME THESE 'PEOPLE' ARE NICE (NOT ALL BUT @ LEAST 85%) IS WHEN THEY WANT TO SELL...OR TRY TO SELL YOU SOMETHING.

I UNDERSTAND...EVERYONE NEEDS TO MAKE MONEY TO SURVIVE..& THATS FINE.....BUT WHEN YOU PAY FOR SERVICES YOU CAN NEVER USE OR THE LASER HAIR REMOVAL ISNT REMOVING HAIR OR I SHOULD SAY LEAVING HAIR....& I/WE ARE DOING EVERYTHING THEY SAY....NO TANNING 2 WEEKS BEFORE/AFTER....WE ARE THINKING ....HMMMM...MAYBE A RIP OFF? + WHEN YOU MAKE PAYMENTS...& THEN THEY SAY YOU OWE/ACCOUNT FROZE? HMMM...WHO IS RUNNING THIS PLACE? OR AN EXAMPLE...CREDIT CARD BEING CHARGED $HUNDREDS$ OF $$$ & YOU DID NOT PURCHASE?

& THEN WAIT @ LEAST &DAYS FOR THEM TO CALL/ACCEPT PHONE CALLS FROM BANK..........***! YES A RIPP OFF!!

I had an apt. for a spa treatment and forever young lost the apt.

then I could not get another apt. for 1 month. They did not apologize for losing the apt. and told me to call other offices..

All were booked for one month and the Hillsboro office hung up on me. This is the worst ran company in OR. The technicians work 10 hour days and you only get service then they want your money. The worst.

The advertisements with the limo are a joke. Even the workers laugh when you bring up the commercials. I will never give them another penny.

Shab, the lair is gone but the service is still awful. Dont give them your money you will be so dis appointed.
