I have spent a large sum of money, approximately $6500.00, and I found out I would get a $5.00 discount at a hotel and my points are worth $1.00.

Robbery - Stay away
These people talk a go game but are con artiste . When we booked was told we could cancel .
Although cancelling wasn't a consideration for us . We were told we could encourage our friends to book by giving them passes and the points once reaching a certain amount could be used to pay. But a big fat lie our friends book since last year, and it has taken us months to follow up still unable to get points each time we are told we will hear back from someone in 7 to 10 business but we never hear back from anyone I have called over four times still no points up to the beginning of this month . Now we are being told by Ms.
Jolina its a binding agreement we can't cancel when they are NOT holding they part of the bargain . This has prevented us from trying to use the product as well as the discount off properties is very small .
All they do is take advantage of people. Wish I saw all the negative reviews its only today I recognise they are fraud and have lots of negative reviews all over .

Lorena was a terrible women. She insulted me as a mother in front of my daughter, my fiancé, and an entire room of people - once we told her we were not going to purchase.
Prior to that she questioned if my fiancé and I were engaged or just friends multiple times...
not sure why as it shouldnt matter to her (didnt effect the sales opportunity or anything for her)
She is married to John who she claimed was director/owner started the company 8 years ago or something (not sure if true). Heck of anything relationship should have been questioned is why she introduced him as her manger to us right after talking about her husband to us he is one who introduced himself as her husband and she added not only is he my boss, but my husband when I looked over like what
I almost fell for her scam. Do your research they are not accredited to with the Better Business B. They show you a printing and claim to be rated A+ with the BBB, they are in fact D+ and in my personal opinion should be F (after our experience).
I am so sorry for the people whos reviews I have since read that were scammed for more than 5k by this company.
I can not believe this women thought we would purchase from her after the first insult she made was early on before sales pitch even began.
Lorena questioned me if my daughter gets real meals, because I grabbed 2 granola bars and a snack bag of mini cookies when we first arrived - before sitting at table .. (I grabbed the snacks so that my daughter could snack throughout the 2 hour sales pitch as she wanted/if she wanted) as getting up throughout the pitch I thought would be rude) the only rude person was Lorena!
I am still completely flabbergasted by the entire situation.
Its all lies they try and sell and really completely cross lines when you refuse to buy.
I am willing to bet almost anything that every dang ballon (hangs above each table) has the free presidential upgrade option.
If so, even the husband John lied by saying our ballon was only one i believe all part of sales act/tactic and I have seen almost every sales tactic.
When reps try that hard I usually will purchase for the workers sake as know most our commission based payed, but I am relieved we didnt and so glad this women let her true colors leak throughout presentation
as the main reason we didnt buy was the little comments of insults and Lorena true moments (Examples: questioning if I feed my daughter, asking my daughter if I feed her as well, then asking my daughter if she smokes when I walked away to refil my coffee - my daughter is only 11 & Lorena was aware of that - or questioning if my fiancé and I were even really together, and amping other things commenting and questioning my daughters ability to speak, etc)
Lorena really showed her truest colors the moment we were leaving without purchasing she insulted my mothering and told my daughter directly that she deserves better and then told me I should be ashamed of myself that I owe my daughter better when we stood up to be on our way out.
It was absolutely appalling behavior and youre right WE all deserve better than being insulted by another person who clearly need some form of therapy or help!
Do NOT buy do all your research first. This is all a scam and nothing good comes from this place!!!

Representative was trying to help, but customer relations was closed, so again I'm not able to utilize this package I purchased. I just want to know how many more payments are left after 4 years of payments for 3 years, suppose of payments.
It probably would have been good if covid had not hit and more training on how to use program. I need a refresher course plus if your selling me something ypu take my payment see I've never utilize the program you would think someone cares and reaches out send a letter anything but No correspondence ever.
Anyway it's my negligent not reaching out as well. So just send my balance if any it should be paid off.

Fraud
They tricked me into signing contract but I immediately regretted it. I went through my contract and took a cab
to pay them a visit.
I told manager to cancel everything right away as contract gives me right to cancel in 3 days. I made him stamp my paper and sign his name and told him that I will take a flight and come back to florida and create a scene if a single penny is charged from my account. Still, in order to be safe, cancelled my card and got refund for 800 dollars which i paid them upfront. If u loose 3 days window, there is not much you can do.
I lost a whole day of my vacation sorting this out. Stay away from this scam.

Travel Agencies Expert Talks
Trying to cancel account
My wife and I both have cancer and my days of travel have come to an end. I have been paying for three years and have been unable to use the service due to COVID and health issues.
The lady on the phone didnt appear to care about my situation whatsoever and insisted the I pay off the account.
I am trying to attend to loose ends so that my wife isnt burdened with this when I am gone. Instead of trying to assist me she forwarded me to reservations and all I got was high pressure sales instead of assistance.
I was also warned that stopping my payment would not go well for me and their legal department.

They are a bunch of "Low-life thieves and liars!
I was high-pressured into buying into the Club and I would LOVE to sue them!! I think people should start a petition for the President to make these companies against the law!!.
