So Ive never writing someone up in my entire life . I wouldnt want anyone to getting in trouble but this guy *** me off .

I came to club Monaco in Galaria today 5-25-2023I want to return an item . For whatever reason the item I return was mark returned already. So the manager Tony Nguyen saying thats I cant return the item and cant take the item home because its show return he wont let me take the shirt home . What!!!

on the receipt I bought 3 items in the same receipt and I did return one I was thinking she mart the wrong item on the return I did. So I want to take my time back but Tony wouldnt let me . Saying mean thing like I was cheating and he wouldnt let me take back the shirt I paid for . He keep on arguing with me strongly that the top was not paid for and its been return the check out girl make an mistake and give it back to me.

I try to explain to him I never bought the top back. I bought back the dress In the same receipt maybe she mart it wrong by mistake . I told him if I returned already why do I need to Take it back to do another return its done make any sense . He told me if he gave back my shirt then Ill NEVER allow to go back to club Monaco to shop ever again .

If he see me here snd Ill will call the security to take me out the store and thats he make sure to let all his employees all girl work here not to let me comeback to shop here . Its made me want to cry . This is my most favorite store in the Galaria mall . Why and how can he accusing me take something thats is mist understanding.

I ask for the camera proof of what happen thats day so if hes correct Im be more then happy to gave back the shirt . But I dont want to loose money if I paid for that shirt. To make it far Ill want to see the camera on the day I return the other item

On the same receipt. So I willing to give back if its mistake .

He refuse and told me I can shop online but not allow to be return at the store ever again and also told me I will never allow to come back to the store ever again. Im sad and worried I need help on this please .

I just feel very unfair and been treated very poor as a customer. I want to buy some item during the Memorial Day sale and now I Cant!!!

Preferred solution: Tony Nguyen said I can’t come to the store anymore
