Club 78155

we joined club 78155 in seguin texas in november 2010. I was like this is the nicest gym in town and we are going to love it. Not! it was okay for the first one or two month but the hours suck. they are open 5am-10pm m-th and 5am-9pm on fri. sat. 8am-5pm and sun. 1pm-5pm. Come on those are the worst hours ever! If that wasn't bad enough they started CROSS-FIT now you have to pay an extra $90-$180 just to go to the class plus they stopped giving the free boot-camp. but then they started to lock the room and you can not go in there unless you pay that extra $90-$180 a month for cross-fit. so i complained to one of the girls that works there and she said she would e-mail her manager. well her manager said i could use the room. you have to understand that that room was the only OPEN area and i like to do ALOT of body weight exercises. i don't like machines too much so i would do alot of jump squats, plyometrics, walking lunges and so on. so that room was a very important part of my workout! They had boxes, jump ropes, rowing machines, medicine balls, heavy bags and stuff. the rowing machines were put in there after cross-fit started. well one night i was working out and the girl i talked to walked in. she told me that yes i could use that room but that if i was going to use the room that I COULD ONLY USE THE HEAVY BAGS AND THE FLOOR!!!!!!!! i was so pissed! i pay how much a month just for you to first, lock the room and then to tell me basically i can only use THE FLOOR. they said that you can only use it if you pay for cross-fit because if it weren't for cross-fit they wouldn't have the new boxes and the rowing machines. so i told her that if it weren't for cross-fit they wouldn't have locked the room!!! i didn't like the benches, but they didn't have boxes, the benches were i guess "steps" that you could stack, but they would slip when i did box jumps and stuff.SO she was like well that wouldn't be fair to the other people if we got to use the room and equipment for free. Well, it's not fair that we would have to pay just to use the room. so my workout is kind of ruined and i am not sure what to do. how many gyms do you know of that either don't have boxes or don't let you use them and the rowing machines even anytime has them. I would and will never ever recommend this gym to anyone. AS soon as the contract is over WE ARE LEAVING!!!!!!!
