They are very personable and very professional from start to finish, top to bottom!! Help with suggestions in areas we we're unsure, prices are very reasonable! On time every time until job was complete!
Last day of service they cleaned up so good we never knew they were in our house other then the fresh paint! Highly recommend Clover Maintenance!!!!!!

They did what they said they would in the time they said they would to complete the job!

Clover Maintenance stole my money didn't finish the job

Clover Maintenance (Tim and Cheryl Mulcare) of Forest Lake Mn were paid in full to clean and paint my grandmas house but never finished the job. It was a 3 day job clean, haul, and paint a house.
They hauled all the debris into the basement, never removed it from the property, left the house uncleaned and never painted it. Do not hire this company I was warned about this guy and his wife that they'll up and quit on you in the middle of a job and not give you your money back. They offered me a good price and I went with these ripoff artists.
Now I'm out 3000.00 dollars they stole from me.
Watch out for these thieves they lie cheat and steal..

I have use clover maintenance in the past and they do excellent work with very professional people and resonable prices! Would recommend to anybody! We would use them in future
