Won’t return calls

This company is a contractor for Lowe’s in Jackson, TN. Water heater went out on Friday. Bought one at Lowe’s next day. Was told by Lowe’s the company had 2 business days to contact customer and since it was a weekend, it would start Monday. I called Lowe’s Tuesday to get name of contractor and called Clouser and spoke to Brandon, a/the project manager. He said he could come out Wednesday (next day) afternoon and he would call me in the morning to give me a time. I tried calling and the call went straight to voice mail several times. He finally called in the afternoon and said he was on the way. He came and after checking/measuring for water heater, said he would contact Lowe’s to order correct connection kit and would try to get the installation done by the end of the week since we had already been without hot water for 5 days. We went to Lowe’s to pay for water heater and connection kit and the kit hadn’t been entered in Lowe’s system yet. The Lowe’s rep looked up the correct kit and entered the info. We paid for water heater and connection kit on Wednesday, the same day Brandon came to our house. I called Clouser Construction Thursday several times to see if we could get the installation done Friday. I left messages and sent a Facebook Message. I never heard back from either. I called ReMax Realty since that is that company that works closely with Clouser. There is a Mr. Clouser who is a realtor with ReMax and I think he is owner of Clouser Construction. I was transferred to him and he said he was sick at home and knew who I was as a customer and asked if Brandon had contacted me at all. I told him I haven’t heard from him since he was at our house the day before and also informed Mr Clouser that Brandon had told us he would try to get installation done by the end of the week. He assured me that he or Brandon would contact me Thursday. Neither did. Friday I began making calls again and leaving messages for Brandon. Finally I got a greeting that his mailbox was full. I called ReMax again. After several attempts I was connected to Clouser Construction. I was told the buildings are next to each other. As I was speaking to receptionist, Brandon was calling me. I told him I was very dissatisfied with his customer service and not returning my calls. He said he was at a meeting in Memphis all morning and had received my text messages. So I wonder why he didn’t reply by text to any of my messages or call me. I told him I have a plumbing company that can do an install Tuesday and can put mr on wait list for Monday if there are any cancellations. I told Brandon that if he couldn’t arrange Monday install, we would cancel installation contract at Lowe’s and use our plumber. He assured me they would be here Monday morning. Time will tell. I will never again use Lowe’s contractors for any kind of install or labor.
