Such a shame because the product is great. Customer service sucks so bad.
Set up a recurring order in July, was charged $177.60. I received no order and was charged again. When I questioned it.
The lady couldnt give me a straight answer about it. She just kept referring to the newer order and saying they cant give refunds, not acknowledging anything about the previous order.
Couldnt find it when I logged in but the money certainly exited my account. Ended up with me asking, why arent you listening to me and sending many photos of the transaction for her to STILL refer to the new order. After 9 back and forth a of the same thing getting an answer that is not related to my question, I feel like Im losing my mind like Im in a gaslighting relationship trying to deal with this customer service.

I did not receive my product
Its been 2 months nearly 3 am still waiting for it.am still waiting and I did not get any updates on my order which is very bad shipping services customer services.

I placed in order in August and just continue to get emails saying they are backed up and if I want to cancel my order and get a refund to let them know. I have four times through email and then I attempted to call the number provided on their site (424-259-****) and it says "welcome to verizon wireless your number cannot be completed as dialed".
There's no option to cancel the order or request a refund. Not a great company and I'll never deal with them again.Don't

In 21 of July, I make a purchase of this item about 22$ it cost me, so when I was going to buy it I saw
they were offering a 22$ shipping fee for a range of 1-3 days so my order could arrive faster so I
decided to buy the shipping fast method. Finally paying double so my order could arrive on the
according date but then I got an email saying there was going to be a delay until August 3.
They send
the item 12 days later (they said) is August 10 the item hasn't arrived yet. I asked them to give me a
refund for the shipping fee because they FAILED to provide me the service I was charged for.
They
answer me with an email that has nothing to do with the email I sent before. Since then I haven't
received anything from them.
