Resolved: I rated it two stars because although the money has been taking out of my account I don’t see any confirmation stating I purchased the Haze and the address it’s being shipped to.
I was made aware of what I did wrong and how I could fix it. Thank you to Cloudv team for being patient and working with me!.

Cannot get any response on warranty issue. I have sent four emails no response.
