CloudHQ Deactivated my Account When I Asked for Help

I was live chatting with Mandy on August 20, 2016, around 1 pm CST and asked why cloudHQ stopped syncing with Google Drive. CloudHQ said Google Drive was full and that I needed to pay money to upgrade storage.

I went to Google Drive which said I have only used 8GB out of 15GB. Mandy only said "Oh, sorry" and offered no solution. Because she offered no solution, I became suspicious and asked if the site was a scam. Instead of helping me, Mandy said she was going to deactivate my account.

I said not to deactivate my account but please just tell me how to fix things (I obviously couldn't fix things from the Google Drive end because it said it had plenty of storage; the fix needed to come from cloudHQ). Instead of offering any help at all, Mandy deactivated my account without my permission.

I just wanted some help. I asked for her supervisor to no avail.
