2nd defective
I bought an air touch VI with come hither feature in November. It fell apart.
I was able to get a replacement.
I got the same one, but this one just stopped working. I've sent emails, but no one has contacted me.

Defective Item
I'm sorry, but a 30-day warranty is crap for these products. I bought my vibrator days before moving cross-country, so didn't try it out right away.
When I finally did, when I tried charging it wouldn't take a charge! It's past the 30 days, and I'm stuck with a piece of trash that was a waste of my money.

Complaint of device defect
First time contacting company. The store couldn’t help me.
I would like to report that after two uses of the Pro Sensual Air Touch VI G Spot Come Hither Motion Rabbit Dial Function Clitoral Suction Teal the Come hither fiction complete stopped working.
Kindly find my receipt attached and the item number is WTC 5008-78. Look forward to hearing from you and getting a replacement.

I heard a noise in my room and went to check it out. My cloud 9 massager had turned itself on.
I reached in my drawer and picked it up to turn it off when suddenly smoke started pouring out of the charge port. It was very hot and suddenly it exploded in my hand!! I now have burns and scorch marks on my hand and had to use a fire extinguisher on the massager.
Now there is white powder all over my stuff and room, I have a burnt hand and my massager is a melted mess! Not to mention my dog is terrified because of the whole ordeal.

My product not vibrating . I purchased a power touch bullet with remote and the product doesn't vibrate. I have not had this product for 24 hours and it does not work.

Hi, I work for Cloud 9 and wish I had known about this site much sooner! Although the packaging says 30 day warranty, we completely understand that sometimes products are not discovered to be defective right away, or even within that time frame, and we will always replace the defective item.
