I'm sorry, but a 30-day warranty is crap for these products. I bought my vibrator days before moving cross-country, so didn't try it out right away. When I finally did, when I tried charging it wouldn't take a charge! It's past the 30 days, and I'm stuck with a piece of trash that was a waste of my money.
User's recommendation: Do not buy!!

I would like to report that after two uses of the Pro Sensual Air Touch VI G Spot Come Hither Motion Rabbit Dial Function Clitoral Suction Teal the Come hither fiction complete stopped working. Kindly find my receipt attached and the item number is WTC 5008-78. Look forward to hearing from you and getting a replacement. My product not vibrating . I purchased a power touch bullet with remote and the product doesn't vibrate. I have not had this product for 24 hours and it does not work. User's recommendation: Nooooooooooooooooooo.

Hi, I work for Cloud 9 and wish I had known about this site much sooner! Although the packaging says 30 day warranty, we completely understand that sometimes products are not discovered to be defective right away, or even within that time frame, and we will always replace the defective item.
