Money was taken out of my account but I havent received what I ordered and it has been over the waiting period. Phone line was busy for pissed customer so Im still in the same boat

I do not have a clue where my order is
I made an order over a week now and I have not received any confirmation of my order. I am now trying to make contact and the customer service number is not even ringing.

Hopefully I can receive my order it takes too long to get the clothes I called in to check my status they told me that I had a wrong order number I screened shot the number and sent it to them a week
I still have not received my order not a happy customer you wont get a good review this time hopefully my clothes will come before my birthday which is in 1 1:2 months away lets see how they look the number the have listed dont work its California time which is 2 hours behind me and when you call during their business hours youre either at work or sleep depending on what these garnets look like I will be returning them express overnight and give them a turn around time we shall see stay tuned your girl going to keep it real and let everybody know what it do

I want a refund !!!
I requested a refund for my entire order and I suppose LEXI picks and chooses which items I received a refund on and only refunded $29 out of a $78 purchase. I want my money back, the clothes haven't even shipped!
I ordered a long time ago and processing says 3-7 business days..... I want my money or this won't be the last you hear from me.

Will not unsubscribe you
Once you place an order or if you enter your email, you are bombarded will unsolicited advertisements. These advertisements contain an unsubscribe button that does not work.
The company is well aware of this. They just continue to flood your inbox with advertisements. I contacted their support@***.com.
Initially, I received a response we received your concern, however, nothing done. This company doesnt list a phone number.
