I have been a shopper since this store opened and I will never shop here again. I received an email with a coupon that I wanted to use only to be told the coupon could not be found and they would not honor it.I have earned this coupon many times over the years. They have lost hundreds of dollars from me for $10.00.

How do I get satisfaction from a wrong description shopping on line? I purchased what I thought was a medium size Fossill purse; when I received it I was very disappointed.

Instead of a medium sized purse, I got a tiny purse.

The measurements are...10 in across, bottom is 3 in with 6 in. In height How can this be described as MEDIUM?

I took clothes to this store to sell, and when I got the items back that they decided not to buy, everything was balled up and some items were missing. I took clothes that were out of the cleaners and neatly folded.

I called the store and they were supposed to call me back. No one called me back. I called to speak to a Manager/Owner, but to this day, no one has called me back about my missing clothes.

This is poor customer service and they lowball on what they do buy. I've also read about similar experiences in other people's reviews.

I ordered bdg boyfriend relaxed fit jeans but what I received was mom high rise jeans. I called to ask for a refund and the person on the phone told me that in the item description, underneath the relaxed boyfriend it said mom high rise.

I looked again and nowhere in the description did it say mom high rise.

Why advertise something as one style when it is clearly not that style. I will never order anything from this website again!!!

Took two designer bags and some nice dresses with tags attached and barely worn shoes they only wanted one dooney and bourke bag offered me $14 paid almost $300 for it . I said no thank you coukd honestly sell and get a better sale price on facebook market or poshmark . They are a joke !!!

When they say they pay 1/3 of original price, that is not true. I brought in a brand new pair of cowboy boots in the box never worn $250.00 boots with a beautiful design on them.

I had called first to see if they took cowboy boots and they said yes definitely intetested. The boots have beautiful flowers stitched in them. They offered me $4.70. My daughter had a pair just like them and she wore hers once.

I could not wear mine. She sold hers for $70.

$4.70 what a joke!!! Last time I go to that RIP off place.

My daughter is a customer at the store in Mayfield Heights, Ohio. We decided to take some jeans and pants into the store, some were new with the tag on them.

We opened a new box of garbage bags and put them in there. The consensus was that they could not look at them because they were in a garbage bag. They were folded in the bag. Their preference was that they be in a laundry basket.

As a nurse, the understanding with covid as an airborne disease is that an open basket with no top is worthless. A closed bag of any type is better.

Well, the stores been boarded up much to my dismay. My gown is missing and while my rear is always open to pleasure, my front-end requires pleasure by way of an experienced professional.

My spirit, broken, crushed, torn apart, buried, still lifting while weighting well be there tomorrow whether or not Ive been allowed, the fact remains we, the male population is not a free generation. I look forward to/.

When you call they are so rude! You have had my clothes for one week and have not even looked at them yet?

I called they said well just come pick them up!

Really after you having them for a week??? Pathetic!

Took items in store and did drop off after not receiving call back I return to pick up MY items only to find shoes missing from my box! When asking where my shoes went the lady denied seeing the shoes Lies lies lies cause I mark down what I bring just cause of this !

When no return of MY shoes I contacted owner Karese Whaley who would not assist nor respond. Not only was My item not returned but no resolution to the stolen shoes ! Seller and buyer beware. Check your box before and after your visit.

Down right sorry business ran by sorry store owner ! The thief got away with it!
