I order from this company and the bedding set was supposed to be stripes and their flowers my son was very upset and so was I then the comforter is supposed to be a king and it doesn't even look like a king and I wash the sheets and they tore the first wash I will never buy anything from you guys again buyers beware do not buy from this company now I'm out of $62 and I'm stuck with a bed set that I could have bought easily from the dollar store not only am I writing a bad review but I'm going to put your name all over social media so people will not buy your products
A Company Not To Be Trusted
- - Ordered a bedspread from Sears.com, fulfilled by another company; package shipped to North Carolina, calls not returned, no credit or replacement.
I ordered a bedspread from Sears.com not knowing this would be from another company. They sent my pkg.
to North Carolina & will not call me back on the phone & Sears is not helping either. They refuse to credit my account Or send me another bedspread. This can take weeks to resolve. I will no longer do business with Sears or this Closeoutlinen.You need to be very careful on the internet cause you can get ripped off even by a big company as big as Sears.
I hope they do go out of business. You lost a valued customer.

Customer Service Stopped Responding

I have been looking online for the correct coverlet to match my bedding set for a long time. I finally found it on closeout limit.
When I ordered it I wanTed a Calvin Klein Queen "fig" coverlet but instead when I received it they sent me one in a dark rye color. I sent them an email explaining the situation to which they quickly responded that they could either send me return information or give me a partial credit. I sent an email back asking what the partial credit would be, but then never heard from them again.
I sent several emails and and have yet to hear from them. This was in September of last year.

Closeoutlinen.com failed to give refund
- - Item was never opened; it was removed from the original packaging and boxed for shipping.
- - Refund denied; return described as having snags and an odor.
I bought and item never opened the package I simply took it out of the packaging I received in and put into a new box purchased new at the post office that day for shipping. When I inquired about by refund I was advised that the item was received back with snags and an odor and therefore could not be sold so they would not be refunding my money.
Since the item was never opened it could not have been as they described unless they had shipped it to me that way. They are either passing off damaged products to unsuspecting consumers or using the return ploy as a scam to keep consumer's money.
