Please don't order from this company. They will take your money and never ship you any of the goods that you purchased. Also, the shipping rates and handling fee is not in line with current rates. It's incredible and a real shame that businesses like this keep on operating. They never respond to email inquires, the phone #'s that are posted are all disconnected and not in service, and their website has all of a sudden disappeared mysteriously. Don't get involved with this company as it is a real headache and unwanted stress!! Save your money and time and shop elsewhere...

I had order through Closeout Direct and 1. I never got my order, and 2. they refused to refund me back the money I had spent, when I went back to the website , its now all of a sudden under construction.. so im out the money i spent and what i had order... this website was a joke! Do dont order from them if their website comes back up! There was when I first signed up for the site a contact us link which was gone after I had order.. Im super mad about what has happen. So do not order from them!

JCRWholesale are crooks. I have yet to rec've a promised refund for items never rec'vd. John Rhoads said he was going to take care of it but I am still waiting for my 200.00. I know that unless I stay on it I will NEVER get my money back. Don't do business with him... he is dishonest. I have many emails from him that make me wonder if he drinks. He does bizarre things like create a false chatlog where he says I stated that I was going to rip him off. It was full of vile language. How can this be legal? How can this guy conduct his business in such a way?

Closeout Direct is total rip off, be warned
I ordered 5 CRATES of merchandise plus a vip jewlry pack from closeout direct. I figured crates cuz that what it said. Said it could be tents, sleeping bags, toys, jewlry whatever. Well I got a box from them that was a large priority box 12 X 12 X 5.5. This box contained mostly jewlry so I thought this was the vip jewlry box. Mostly junky (new) jewlry. So I waited and waited for these crates nothing showed up. I got ahold of them and they said they put all 5 of my crates in one large priority box. They charged me 54.97 for shipping and 6.99 for handling. The box cost 16.25 to ship and that was for a signature too. They said I could ship it back at my expense and I could get store credit. What a deal. So I can order again and pay them another extra 40 bucks in there pocket for shipping I dont think so. Just please dont be taken like I was. Lesson well learned. Might have to contact oregon bbb

Closeoutdirect rips off
I placed an order with closeoutdirect.com and mailed them a check after a week and half I went on to their site and looked up my order to find that they had it list as "The outstanding balance of your order is $17.38 USD" however even after a week and a half they claim they haven't received payment. Now because I have spoken out, the so called owner Joey Richey( and everyone should look up his name and business on google)and look at his track record of many buinesses he has had of defrauding people for many years, has black ball and banned me from his site. So everyone beware of Joey Richey and closeoutdirect.com, as well as other business in his name such as JCR wholesaleers and internet paycheck scams and he advertises gold jewery which is only gold plated. BEWARE of this crrok.

Sat on payments
A payment was made to the company by way of a check which was the first mistake. It supposedly took over a week for it to arrive to them and it still was not located. They (Joe Richey ) states he didn't like my tone when I questioned why its been a week and he hasn't received payment but yet they can be very rude and post things such as "OUTSTANDING BALANCE" on your order ststus. So who's the rude one. Sounds like he takes money and sits on products to purposely delay shipping items. NO VERY GOOD BUSINESS to do business with. Maybe its time his business is investigated.

Will not ship complete order or refund $
I did not receive everything that I ordered - AND PAID FOR on two of the orders that I placed on Closeout Direct.com's website. It took hours to convince "Joe" of this. After receiving some of the missing items from one order & getting their promise that I would recieve all of it, I placed another order - BUT did not receive all of it. Back to convincing "Joe". He basically accused me of stealing from him, but finally said he would ship the remaining items...he never did! Who is the real thief? Keep in mind that if you order jewelry from JCR wholesale it may be shipped via closeout direct. I also did not receive every item that I purchased from their website. I would not have any complaints regarding JCR's service otherwise & may even recommend them if they were not affiliated with closeout direct. Tami Showalter

Everything I got is junk!!! Do not order from this company you will be stuck with everything! I spent $185.75 on mystery boxes and got 125 pieces of junk jewelry half is rusted, got 5 of the cheapest cameras that the dollar store wouldn't sell, and 2 blankets that I wouldn't let my dog sleep on! Everything was smashed into 2 flat rate boxes and they charged almost $60.00 for shipping! All sales are final, so you can not send anything back or dispute it with your credit card company. This company needs to go away!!!!

asked question on authenticity of product,told them no description of item pathec,Simon Odell told me i was pathetic and to shop elsewhere,when i wrote again that i would contact there CEO,he replied and has blocked my messages getting through,but reading about there scams,i'm better off,they had a bracelet that sais 24ct gold,i thought that it couldn't be real gold,and as there was no item description with any thing,i wanted clarification has i hadn't brought from this company before and i'm overseas.happened on 21stJanuary,only dealt with Simon Odell with on line chat
