Defective unit
I've repeatedly emailed Cloner Alliance about it not working and can't be updated. They keep giving me the same solutions that I told them doesn't work.
The only positive thing is that emails are being returned (if you can call this positive). I'm still stuck with this unit that's still under a replacement warranty.
