I called Clock Recover yesterday and he said he has ordered a part and will call me.I don't believe him. This is going on since October 13, 2023. I am very upset about it.He has also damaged the wood on the top of the wall clock
Brought my pengulin clock to be fixed. Three times I brought it back to be fixed and it still does not run.

Verified ReviewerRuined three antique clocks, took and replaced many parts on one of them
- - Repairer ruined two collector clocks and damaged a third.
- - Movement, face, and chains replaced with junk; 12 reads as 8.
It gets even worse ( if that's possible). One of the other clocks he took in order to simply replace the chain, and which he charged me $300.00 for, and which came back with a chain a completely different color than the other two, now has the same problem as when I gave it to him.
The chain slid off the wheel and fell with the weight crashing to the floor. So now I have to have this one repaired again
He also put the new face on incorrectly so the number twelve is actually at number eight. Not too bright. My clock is now worthless. He denied all of this but I have video and photos of the clock both before and after he "fixed it".
I am going to have to bring him up on charges of theft, report him to BBB and Consumer Affairs, and most likely sue. I told him I wanted all the parts he took returned and he has ignored me.Stay far, far away.
