The fact that I get bots and can't speak to a live person *** me off.

I want it cancel Period. Why so many of the same questions? Difficulty, in canceling my account is making me think I should have never sign up.

Keep getting spam calls even though I have cloak

I've had cloak for about 3 months, and for the last month. I've been getting spin calls every day getting worse.

Now. I'm getting 4 or 5 every day. And I tried reaching out to everyone, but of course, I can't kill her human being.

At the end of filling out or answering a bunch of questions with the automated, they wanted me to charge $5 to be able to verify me. Telling me it was refundable, but still, I don't want to go through all that all I want to do is talk to a person and get it resolved.

I'm still getting Spam calls. And then I'm trying to get ahold of somebody and they want me to charge $5 refundable, but why do I gotta go through all this? It shouldn't be happening period and I shouldn't have to pay anything but what I Pay monthly.

Today is January 27 early this morning cloak took $9.99 out of my bank account and I’ve been trying to reach out to them all day. I called one number and a scary voice machine came on like it’s Hallow

What could the company do? They could respond better to complaints.

I called way before 5:00 PM on the 27th. I haven't had Cloak for two months. I cancelled my subscription, but they are still taking money out of my account. Can you make that make sense to me?

I know I want my $9.99 back. You have to see that the subscription has been cancelled, but you still take money. Don't take any more money out of my account. Freeze it, close it.

I do not have Cloak anymore. Thank you.

I would like my money return $9.99. I’ve been stopped the subscription two months ago.

I stopped using cloak two months ago and they still charging me $9.99 taking it out of my account. Ive been trying to call all day. They still havent answered their phone customer service and they got a scary voice on the phone like its Halloween and I dont appreciate it.
