a taxie driver charged my visa Credit card $788...

a taxie driver charged my visa Credit card $788 USD for a $5 ride on Feb 20 on Bank America card. BofA says it can not help me because I do not have the receipt.

It was a MX Clip intermediary and showed up as some kind of travel agency. The taxi ride NEVER showed up on my credit card, just the fraudulent charge.

I tried to call clip, but never could get through. Also never received an email back. I guess I’ll never get my $2000 back.

This is what was listed on the bank statement and I have no idea what this isCLIP MX*AGENRESTAURAN SOLIDARIDAD MX. I received four of these on my bank statement for $519 and a couple for 518 so my bank is charging me now because they refuse to pay for it for $2075.

I was in Playa del Carmen from January 20 through the 28th of 2025. I went to 5th Ave., Playa del Carmen, from a tour that was offered by Delta.

We went to a restaurant there called Las Hijas de Tost, and I did receive a receipt for approximately $39 for that, but then right after that, I have four $519 charges in US dollars totaling $2075 that were not mine. I don't recognize those charges. Can you please check your system because that's the only place that I used my debit card the time I was there to see and would like to know what those charges are and why they were added to my account? My bank advised me to contact you as this was a debit card used..

I purchased a Clipp offer of $30 and paid $15 for Browns Chicken in Evergreen Park, Illinois. When I called the store, they said they never gave the Clipp organization permission to offer any deals from their business so I wouldnt be able to use it.

The certificate # is 926302*-**-*529. When I called your 1-80*-***-**** to speak to someone, they said to press 1 and when I did, they said it was reimbursed. I would like my money back. My name is Vicki McMahon and my phone number is (773) 401-****.

Please email consumersupport@***.com with your certificate number so they can check and see where your reimbursement is. Unfortunately your review doesn't show the whole number or email which are used to check accounts.
